Looks like you need to install and/or Enable something called the "HP service". What is the make and model number of your HP Laptop?

Well no, I know that part from your first post. Do you know the model number of your HP laptop? Is it on a sticker somewhere on it? Maybe on your receipt for it?

If you've had this laptop since 2014 (I've seen a review of it dated in that year), you might also need a new battery.
Laptop batteries generally last between 2 and 5 years depending on how many charge and discharge cycles they've experienced.
