Hello, i want to ask a question. when i´m playing games at recommended graphics, my CPU usage is about 5-20%, while my GPU usage is about 99% and my GPU=´s temperature is about 82-90 celsius and i O,9 voltage. I dont think that that is okay, so my question is: is something wrong with the computer, or do i have bad settings, or is it okay? would appreciate a solution if it isn´t okay.
Will be thankfull for any response.

here are my PC specs:

I believe the thermal throttle point is 95C on a 1660, so 90C getting toasty. Check and make sure airflow is good in the case and possibly add some more intake and/or exhaust fans.

You have THIS Acer Aspire TC-895 (DG.BEZEC.009) desktop which came with:
Intel Core i7-10700 2.90 GHz 8-core processor
16 GB DDR4 RAM
512 GB(476 GB) solid state drive
1 TB(931 GB) hard disk drive
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 GDDR6 6 GB graphics card (maximum temperature is 93C)
500W power supply

Add another 16 GB of RAM and run that desktop with 32 GB.
Get rid of Norton Security Ultra and stick with Windows 10's built-in antivirus app.
