Low FPS with New Graphics Card

Hello
I both a new Pc with the Intel Core I7-6700 K Processor and the Geforce GTX 1070 Founders Editon Graphics Card. But when i want to play ARK Survival Evolved i have only 20-40 FPS. I Dont Understand. When i look at the Youtube Videos the have a Geforce GTX 970 and they have with the same Graphic Settings More FPS (60-90) but the Gefroce GTX 1070 ist stronger than a 970. And that make my angry i dont understand PLS Help me
Sry for my English i´m a German.

Which of the 2 processors you mentioned do you actually have?

What's the brand name and model number of the motherboard?

What's the brand name and model number and wattage of the power supply?

I have the one with 3.40 GHz
Sry but i dont now what Motherboard or Power Supply i have its a Acer Predator model.

Remove the side panel and look at the label on the power supply.
Its brand name and model number and wattage will be on the label.
It's important to know if you have a quality power supply with sufficient wattage.
