Hey man Im new here, nice to be among you peeps. Anyway Im haveing a error sign pop up while Im online.. I'll be online then all of a sudden the screen goes blue giveing me a error saying I have low system resources. After that I have to restart because everything is frozen or working poorly. I have tried a number of things to fix this. I ran my registry cleaner, I cut off all the programs I didnt need in start up (at least I think I did). I deleted on my windows Temp Files, Did full maintanince on my machine like defrag and scan disk and so on. VaJuggalo:

You've still got too many programs loading during startup and running in the background. This is a primary reason for low resources and slow performance. Other than

ScanRegistry

SystemTray

StateMgr

Entries pertaining to the antivirus program

Windows ME needs very few other programs, if any, to be loading during startup and running in the background.

You can probably uncheck and disable most all of the other programs, but the only way to make sure is to research them with the 4 sites that are listed in my MSCONFIG article. The Pac's Portal site is about the best and most detailed site of the 4 sites listed.

You also have some AdWare running.

Run HJT again, select the following items and have HJT delete them.
