Do you have access to any online storage, like Box or OneDrive? Perhaps consider getting iCloud storage upgraded.

Having said that, take a look at this link from Apple's site to find what is the cause of your drive being full.

"The Finder can't complete the operation because some data in "20160729_134054.jpg" can't be read or written. (Error code -36)"

Is this the error? Are you also deleting them from a camera disk, or from a file that went to a Windows machine and back to a Mac?

i am talking about MacBook air . Some files are not being deleted ad it come with error code 36
