MacBook Pro Case Dents?

    One of my friends has a MBP with two dents on the bottom of the case near where the hard drive is located. It still boots and runs as it should, but we are both wondering what would cause this, and if anything can be done.

    Was the case like this when your friend bought it? It looks like the case has been opened and when put back together something wasn't fitting right and it was physically forced closed causing the damage to the case. Or has your friend opened the case?

    The only other thing that I can think of is some pretty severe heat damage to the case. As far as fixing it, replace the damaged parts of the case.
