Macro cut & paste help.

    Hi,
    I need some help in copying and pasting formulaes to the bottom of a set of data. attached is a picture that illustrates my problems. Any help in this would be much appreciated :)

    So 13 to 17?? For it to work in a macro, you need to define logically where this will be. If there is nothing below Total, we can do an end(xlup).offset(-2) type of action (which says, "find the last row with data in specified column, then go two rows above that and use that cell as the last cell for the formula."

    Is that right?

    i tried to add that in but it doesnt seem to work. Unless i put in wrongly.

    No, that's not right. Just explain the plain logic, how would you describe the range to enter the formula if you were speaking to a blind man, step by step.
