We have just installed Linux 8.0 personal version on Athalon 2000+ System with MacroVision> SIS 315 4x / 2x AGP Video card. Linux 8.0 detects the card to be a VESA 800x600 in 16 colors.
I have tried to change the Video setup to SIS AGP 3d inside
Linux 8.0 X-Windows and it will not allow me to change the resolution because Lunix setup does not recognize the SIS Video AGP card. It goes back to VESA 800x600 in 16 color mode.

If you have any suggestions on how to obtain an updated SIS 315 AGP (Macrovision) video driver that works with Linux 8.0
I need to setup the SIS 315 AGP card to work in 1024x768
    256 colors or better.
