Madden 2003 Fatal Error

    After my first install of MAdden 2003, I received an error message at the "click to start screen." It reads "Madden 2003 Fatal Error" "Madden 2003 had experienced an internal error and will exit." I've contacted EAsports about it and they aren't much help. Anybody ever seen that error and at least know what causes it?

    from your dxdiag attachment...


    boot into safe mode and remove ALL entries under display adapters in device manager. reboot into normal mode and reinstall your video drivers. see if it helps...driver conflicts cause problems.
