In outlook, I have to push Send/Receive to get email. Is there any simple solution to this?

Open up Outlook. Tools, E-mail accounts, View or Change existing e-mail accounts, Next, Highlight the e-mail account, click Change. Note the Microsoft Exchange Server. Make sure that and the user name is correct. Click more settings. On the General tab, you probably want "automatically detect connection state." Go to the Connection tab. You probably want the option "Connect using my LAN."

Send/Recieve automatically goes every 5 minutes, but the employees here can be impatient sometimes, so I will set it to every 1 minutes. By the way, I checked the usernames and they are always correct cause I check them before creating the account. All the other settins were good too. Thanks for your help guys.

What I meant is, is the mail server on your LAN like a local Exchange Server or is it a POP mail server outside of your network.
