i bought a new computer about a week ago. it is a windows7 home premium- model# h8-1124. i have had a magic jack for two years in a different computer. so when i put it in the new computer it woirked fine for a few days. but after that the majicjack stopped working, cannot make or recieve calls and although my internet connections work fine to other nwtworks, i cannot access the majic network for help. somehow it became incompatible with my pc. i already tried removing norton to see if it would help, but no luck

The problem I have with it is it will reset the USB device
usually for 3 restarts of the computer.
After that, for some reason it doesn't reset.
This is not really a fix as I don't think there is one yet.
    Really just a work around.
With the computer booted to the desktop, unplug your
magicjack for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
It should reset and start up.
The problem is that windows 7 sees it as an unknown
    device after a few boots.
Reseting it allows it to be recognized again for a few boots.
When it does it again, just unplug it for 10 seconds again
    and plug it back in.
