drumster where is your gold shield for being certified on HijackThis on this forum?

I think that you should read the forum rules before diagnosing and trying to lead people thru HJT log file fixes.

jonathan731 - If you do not have the software to re-install your OS then I suggest contacting the manufacturer of your computer and purchasing it as soon as you can. If a repair or clean install is needed you will need the software for doing this and since you have a HP computer they recently lost a lawsuit for not providing the recovery software with the computers, You might qualify for this if you have the correct model of their computer. No I do not know every model but HP does. All it will cost is shipping and handling to get this.
