    Hello!
I use Word2000 with XP Pro. I have a diary that I add to daily. Is there a way to make Word open at the end of the document instead of the beginning? I tried using the “End” key but it does not zip to the last page like I thought it would.

There is an "F" key (which I can't remember) that will take you to the last place that you were editing. Hopefully someone else will recall it.

But, if you do a ctrl+end, it will take you to the very end of the document.

I don't know if you can open a document where you left off in Words. However, Instead of using the End key, which only takes you to the end of the sentence/word, use the Page Down key repeatly to get to the end of the document. Another way to get there quickly is to click just above the down arrow button in the left side scroll bar.

That "magic" F key is F5 in combination with Shift.

If you do Shift+F5 immmediately after opening the document, the cursor will move to the last editing postition.

CTRL + END --------------> Takes you to the end of the document.
