I think i have some malware in my PC.
I hear announcements, like a sales offer. It's not related to any program, I've checked almost everything on my PC, to be sure that sound notifies are not activated, it starts almost on every mouse click.
I have scanned my PC using Spybot-S&D and Malwarebytes, nothing.

Please help me, this kills me.

after restart my system was telling me that will start with default settings,
    was aproximately same voice ...
