malwarebyte couldn't remove hijack.shell.gen

    The Malwarebytes detected hijack.shell.gen. I clicked "remove the selected item." It tells me that the malware/trojen is removed. However, I scanned and removed the exact same malware at least 10 times, yet it's never removed ever. How can I remove it? Thanks
