May be a hard drive problem but not sure...

    Hi guys. I want to ask solution for my notebook Lenovo G570. Some times its windows doesn't starts. And it doesn't detect DVD drive in any case, whether it is turn on or if I open BIOS settings by pressing F2 at startup.
    If in case it turns on, its fan will be continuously on and processor meter will be showing 38% usage even if no program is running. Kindly guide me what to do...

    To help us help you,please use the TSG System Info tool to let Tech's know the specs of your computer: http://static.techguy.org/download/SysInfo.exe Copy and paste the results here in your thread. You can use the TSG Info to fill in your computer information in your user profile as well.
