i recently installed vista on my computer and was instructed by the computer to remove mcafee. it told me it is not compatible with the 32-bit vista install. i thought i had uninstalled all of mcafee componets but didn't. anyway, i contacted mcafee and the woman i talked to told me mcafee is compatible with the vista program. it isn't and i all ready paid for a three year subscription. wouldn't you just know it. right now my problem is i have deleted mcafee or at least i thought i had gotten it all but, when i boot up my computer i get a box telling me that mcafee spam killer is not compatible with vista. i just cancel the message and move on. i have gone in to all of my files and programs and have deleted the mcafee but i still get the message. can't for the life of me figure it out. what do i do? i installed the vista home premium edition last friday and it has been a bit of a nightmare. i am finding out there are a lot of programs that aren't compatible. i have a dell AIO 924 printer that i can't use because dell hasn't gotten the updated device and driver for it yet. can you help me with any of this? thanks so much.
