ME freezing on start up

    Hya folks,

    My PC (Win ME, 64mb RAM, can't remember CPU) more often than not freezes immediately after the desktop icons appear. Usually a reboot and scandisk get it going again. I've run Adaware & Spybot & it seems to have improved but wondered if you wonderful folk :D could check out my Hijack Log & see what else I can discard.

    If you can get to safe mode then scan disk/defrag will help too.

    i have AMD 1.8GHz, 512 MB DDR RAM, winME, i get memory error, insufficeient error after opening a couple of sessions in IE

    another user "Motherboard" adviced me to post the Hijackthis log.

    i have posted Hijackthis log there. so many programs are running in the background. i am just going crazy.
    pl advice.
