Hello all, I purchased a New Hard drive and it is still not booting up. And I can't access bios or F2. On my desk top.?

Hi Mike0630, and welcome to TSG.

Hard drives are typically sold unformatted, without any kind of bootable operating system on them. That might be the cause of the specific error message.

I don't think anyone here can hope to tell you how to access the BIOS settings without knowing the manufacturer of the computer and/or the motherboard.
