    Hi all,

I just bought a Speedlink Medusa NX 5.1 USB Headset. It has an inline 'remote' for control of each channel, and also a control for the master volume. It all works fine on my laptop, but on my desktop, the master volume control does nothing.

Both machines on Win 7 Ultimate, both machines installed with same device driver (latest from speedlink website). I already tried different usb ports, but same problem.

Any advice or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
