memory access violation

    when I started my pc this afternoon I get a box come up that says

    'memory access violation in module kernell32 at 8742:58468958'

    how do I fix it? it's stopping the firewall and virus scanner from running

    I looked for that specific error and couldn't find it. What was the fix?

    It was because of the swen worm. I don't know how I got it though as I have a firewall running and hav eben deleting the emails :-/ still, all sorted now. There is a thread about the worm at the top of this section, new IE virus alert

    It's something I got called at school for being short :)
    Sometimes I think it should be 2steps1 2 steps forward 1 step back :-/
