My OS is Windows 2000 professional,

My Microsoft Word 2000 SR-1 gives me the error message:

"The instruction at "0x30395c27" referenced memory at "0x000000034". The memory could not be "read".

Then I have to click OK to terminate the program.

I've already tried renaming my normal.dot file, reinstalling my microsoft word, and resetting my virtual memory.

I know that this problem has already been discussed (keyword search "0x30395c27"), but there was no evident solution.

I noticed the problem started when I had too many word documents opened at the same time, and my other office programs work just fine.

I really have no idea what else to do, please help!

Maybe try a NUKE. - uninstall first and DELETE THE DIRECTORIES manually!
