Getting ready to order parts for a gaming machine for a friend,he plays alot of battlefield 2 and i have read that that game plays better with 2 gigs of memory. Was going to use an asus A8N5X socket 939 MB with amd 3700 .trying to decide if i should use 2 gigs of corsair value select memory which i can get for $164.00 or go with some faster ram like OCZ with faster timings which would be around $239.00.He wont be overclocking so my feelings are its a waste of money, not that big of difference In performance.just wondering what you guys thought. For video I was going to order an eVGA 7800 GT.By the way,the corsair value select memory has a CAS of 3
