Hi all.I got a 128mbPC133 memory stick for x-mas.But the problem is, I have a PC2100 model.I was wondering if it will still work.I put it in but nothing is changed except that AIDA recognizes it as an extra memory. Can i manke it work or should i try and see if the manufacturer will exchange it??..Thank you

Since PC133 is SLOWER than PC2100(DDR266), IF the stick DOES work, ALL your system memory will run at the SLOWER speed. Your mobo would have to accept PC133 and PC2100(DDR266) for the 133 to work to begin with. Send it back in exchange for PC2100.

Is the $100 diff just for the upgrade to the faster stick or does that include shipping/handling/restocking fees also? What brand is it?
