So I just got a new DELL and my internet browser was working fine for about a month with dial-up. Then I decided that it was too slow so I got DSL and as soon as I got on the internet through our routor I noticed that all my norton internet security and norton antivirus was shut off so I turned them back on, and got all of my viruses taken care of. Ever since I started using my DSL I can not open web pages that need to load personal information. For example, I can't log into my hotmail account, my online banking, and most importantly, I can't submit my homework online. Please help!

Try uninstalling Norton Internet security, restart the computer and reinstall Norton Internet security. I know that youÂ’ll have to reset all you permissions for it, but it should get you up and going with the DSL.

If you want to start over and get a better browser I suggest Mozilla's Firefox. Its great, offers tab browsing, built in pop-up blocking, and cool themes. Check out www.mozilla.org for details!!!!
