I have a problem where my computer pauses every second for like a half-second, this problems may start when i start windows, or anytime after that, like 15 minutes or 2 hours.

I don't know if its a virus, here is my Hijack-This
Log that i took while i was having the problem , I would appreciate if you could tell me if you see something suspicious there. Thanks in advance.

Can the virus Win32.jeefo be the cause of the problem??

If not, it must be a strange hardware one.
