$MFT corrupt?

    I'm not sure. I ran chkdsk 3x on a seagate 9zh9p9. Results:

    C:\>chkdsk e: /f/r
    The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Volume label is Scavone/Zelek Removable Disk .
    Fixing critical master file table (MFT) files with MFT mirror.

    CHKDSK is verifying files (stage 1 of 5)...
    Deleting corrupt file record segment 0.
    File record segment 4 is unreadable.
    File verification completed.
    Deleting orphan file record segment 8038.

    C:\>chkdsk e: /f/r

    Not sure what to make of this. Any input or ideas about what I should do next to fix disk and/or recover data would be greatly appreciated.
