Does Micromedia Flash work on Vista?
I am able to view an instructional file on my XP computer.
But I can't view it on my Vista computer.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks.

Should work no problems.... you should be able to download this into your browser (IE or firefox) as a plug-in.

    Dear Gurutech,

Thanks for your answer. I didn't describe the problem correctly. The software that I should have referred to was: Macromedia Flash.

Flash is now owned by Adobe. Download it here.

    Dear DoubleHelix,

    Thanks.
I know and downloaded Flashplayer 9.
    Unfortunately, it still doesn't work.
The software is described as Macromedia Flash Player.
Here is the url for one of the files.
    http://www.idiogrid.com/workshop/IdiogridWorkshopPart_I.swf
(If someone has Vista, maybe they can go to this url and try it out.

I tried to use Safari internet browser on my Vista computer.
To my surprise, I could play the flash file.

It doesn't work with Internet Explorer or Firefox.

I have no idea why this is so.

    Dear listmates,

I just updated my Firefox to the latest version.

Now I can play the file on Firefox as well as Safari.
