I'm going to apologize ahead of time, I have NO idea about Access. I'm trying to run a query of our oranizations members and accidentally clicked "update" in the design options and then promptly lost all of the check boxes in my table. How do I get them back? When I try to exit the design view it keeps saying "Query must have at least one destination field."

Freaking out a little, any help is so welcome!

I am not sure what you mean by "lost all of the check boxes in my table", do you mean the data in the table or the actual fields?
If you want to recreate the original query use the Query Wizard to Create a normal Select query and then select all the fields from your table to be used in the query.l
