After a recent Windows 10 Update , my Microsoft Account was compromised . Specifically Office 365, Xbox Windows Live Mail 2012
When I attempt to sign in to Office 365 , I get the following errors : 0x800704 cf and 0x80048869 1170000 on Xbox
When I have chatted with Microsoft Support, they have not been helpful ( for 2 weeks now)
When I go Microsoft to check my subscription, it says " it doesn't exist . ( I renewed it 3/17/21 and the agents cant find documentation0
If anyone can help , I would sincerely appreciate it

I can’t log on to Outlook or anything related to Office 365
Thank you
The hackers may have done that but now I do know that they took my OFFICE 365 Key and nullified my subscription
