Microsoft Backup

    I had to reload my computer yesterday, So I used Microsoft backup to backup my files straight to a CD-RW (Formatted with DriectCD)
    Now when I try to restore my files, the Micorosoft Backup says "This File Does Not Contain Any Backup Sets" Can anyone help me?
    I need my files!!!

    Are there any files backed up to the CD? You probably should have done a direct copy or a drive image with ghost or other imaging software.
