Are you not able to print from Edge, or any program?

If just Edge, is it just PDFs, or the websites?

OK, are you able to go to the printer and make a test print? Do you see any other print jobs in the queue?

I reinstalled the printer. No test page option. I take out jobs in queue as they get stuck. It tries to make him (its my boss's computer) sign in to Microsoft. Or says printer offline (its not).

Is the printer a networked printer or a USB printer?

Hmm, I am not sure why if it's asking to sign into Microsoft to print...

Does anyone else have an issue with this printer, or does he has any other printer?

One option we can do is install the printer a different way, if we are allowed to.

Thank you,
It does not seem to be the printer, but something in Windows.
He has gone into other issues, and is no longer working on the printer issue. It also assigned admin to his daughter, so he had to change admins & uninstall her, but now has lost his settings, so I will let him work on all his rabbit trails for now... LOL.
It's all definitely related to the Microsoft edge install.
If he's ready to deal with it tomorrow I will be back.
Thanks.
