Microsoft Excel formula - sorting columns.

    I am struggling to work out the formula which can sought columns in ascending order - from left to right, but keep the numbers in the rows the same, as each series of numbers has a specific date. I have a series of numbers/data which needs to be sorted out. If you know what I mean and can assist, let me know! Thanks.
