Does anyone else have THIS problem?

I cannot use my address bar for Microsoft Internet Explorer. I type in an address (e.g google) and it opens up a blank screen and the screen then toggles between that one and another one I may have opened. Shortly afterwards, I am locked up.

I guess along the same lines whenever I have to open up something in another window, it appears "Microsoft Internet Explorer," blank screen, I might add, and then things are locked up from there. When I do an "end program" from the task list or click the "X" in the far left right of the screen, it will then say, "not responding" for the other window that was open that originally was working fine. In short, once that M-I-E comes up, eveything locks up and I have to close all my programs.

HELP!!!!!!!:(

Do you have the service packs installed? And all security updates?

I believe I have all of the security updates installed, I guess I can go and try to see if there are more.

I did try the IEfix...that did me no good. Still the same problem.

It was suggested that I uninstall the Internet Explorer, how do I do that? Does anyone know?
