Isn't Microsoft suppose to push out a major update for Windows 10 users today?

The 1803 update becomes available from windows update. I installed this about a week ago on my two personal systems [ryzen 1700x and intel 7600k] It worked fine on both with no issues at all.

I think it will "START" releasing it today. NOT everyone will get it today as it would over work the servers.

Installed it last week. The only issue I had was "microphone" wasn't working anymore. Had to enable a new setting "let apps access my microphone". Now it works fine.

I also got it through normal Windows Update about a week ago, with no problems.

Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.4
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 64 bit
Processor: AMD A8-4500M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics, AMD64 Family 21 Model 16 Stepping 1
    Processor Count: 4
    RAM: 5602 Mb
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7640G, 512 Mb
    Hard Drives: C: 569 GB (516 GB Free); D: 25 GB (3 GB Free);
    Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard, 184B
    Antivirus: Windows Defender, Disabled

Did the Windows 10 Feature update - version 1803 but it failed with this error: 0x80070005 - took almost 5 hours to initialize, download and install and then it failed.

I did the "Retry" button and it has also failed - same error reported. Any suggestions for a fix - I am a novice.

I updated the "Spring Update" Version 1803 in 2 of my computers today, and it updated the following:
    OS Build 17134.5 to 17134.48
    Internet Explorer 11.0.47 to 11.0.65

Guess I'll try to get Microsoft support to help fix this. If they can't I'll reinstall the OS - I have the ISO file on a USB drive. If that doesn't work I'll take it somewhere for recycling I guess.

If you plan to do a clean install of Windows 10 and start fresh, make sure you have the current version (10.0.17134.1) of the Media Creation Tool so you can download the appropriate .ISO file for Spring 2018 Version 1803 Build 17134 so you can create bootable install media.

Looks like that's a "windows store error" . Recommend enable the administrator account by typing "cmd" (don't hit enter) without the quotes into the search box, wait until a blue area above lights up, right click on the blue area that says "Command Prompt" left click 'run as administrator" click "yes" . Type into the new command prompt box this command : net user administrator /active:yes . This will enable you to log in in the administrator account. Log out and back in to the administrator account. Disable anti-virus and or anti-malware software temporarily. Go into "settings" find Microsoft store. Click "advanced options" click on "reset store". Then go to microsoft update and try again.

So Frank you suggest I reformat my USB flash drive with the Windows 10 ISO file that I made with the Media Creation Tool back on (11/22/17) and download the newest one that you provided a link too?
