    Whenever I try to open up Dell Datasafe Online - I receive a Microsoft.NET Framework error. The body of the window says that an unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, then the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. IF you click quit, the application will close immediately.

    The following are the details:

    See the end of this message for details on invoking
    just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    I don't know how to get into the just in time debugging area - I have called Dell and they can't seem to help me. I paid for this Dell Datasafe Online and can't seem to use it. I am getting very frustrated. Can someone please help.

    I am currently at Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1. I have reinstalled Dell Datasafe but it didn't help. Is there anything else that I can do to solve this error?
