Microsoft Office Save Path

    Yes I am looking for a way to change All office programs to save and open files from a specific directory all the time. I don't want to use My Documents, I would like to use a different folder right off the C: Drive. (C:\FILES)

    Is there any reg hacks that can do this?

    Go to Tools, Options, On the General Tab change the default location.

    DrDrew's reply will work for Excel and Access

    In Word:

    Tools-Options, File locations tab, double-click Documents and change location.

    In Powerpoint:

    Tools-Options, Save tab.
