    Hello, can someone please tell me what are the 'must know' things in Microsoft office that most employers look for in a
    candidate, i want to teach myself online to become proficient in
    excell, access and word

    Hi Baida, I suggest you Google for Tutorials, there are many and your question is not simple to answer.
    If you know that the office (and genreally all do) works with Office (and the version is important too) It's just a question of thinking for it yourself.
    There are so many things that can be done with an Office suite and most only use the uppermost tip of the ice iceberg.
