Microsoft Outlook 2003. Links Barred.

    Hello,

    When opening a link attached to any E-mail the following is advised:

    " This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your system Administrator "

    How do i fix this please?

    There is a fix. Try the steps mentioned in this MS support page. You have to reset IE browser settings or Export/Import Registry from another computer. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310049
