    Hi,

I work for a ITSC (IT Service Centre) and sometimes when a customers Office applications are playing up (Excel, word, outlook) one of the first things we get them to do is run a Detect & repair and check the "Remove customized settings" box. I was wondering if there was a way they could backup their personalised settings in office, say for example to restore how they're toolbars used to be, the position and what was on / off the toolbars?
