    Folks

I have a small problem with MS Outlook 2000
Every time I close the application , I get the following error.

Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.

    Error signature
    AppName: outlook.exe
    AppVer: 90.0.0.6604
    ModName spamnet.dll
    ModVer 5.3.5049.0
    Offset: 0003de9

    OS is Windows xp Media

It is not a big issue as all I do is to click "do Not send Report"
But if there was a fix for this it would be very nice.

    Some things I have tried
From Run outlook.exe /safe - Same error on closing outlook.

    Thanks

    Matthew

Thanks , I tried that but no joy.

In the mean time I have a case open with Cloudmark and we have proved that if Cloudmark software is removed , Outlook is fine.

So Cloudmark are currently investigating the issue.
