Everytime I double click MS Outlook from my desktop, the program starts, but is minimized. If I left click it from the taskbar, nothing happens. I need to right click it on the taskbar, then choose maximize. I need to do this everytime I start it up. Is there either a fix for this, or a way to reinstall it? If it must be reinstalled, can someone point me in the right direction. I do have my Win 98 cd. Thanks.

Right click on the shortcut you're using to open Outlook and go to Properties. In the "Run" window, choose Maximized, click OK. See if that solves the problem.
