I have been unable to click on links that are in my emails - (or are these called hyperlinks)?
This has been happening for the past two or three days. Prior to that - this worked. I removed Google Chrome from my laptop...it seemed to start after I did this.

Here is the message that I get when I try to click on a link - 'This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.' HELP ME PLEASE!!

    Thank you in advance.....BCKL
