    I have a dell dim 8100, Intel Pentium 4, 1300mhz processor, 640mb RDRAM, 40gb hard. Minfilecache=65536 and maxfilecache=163840, chunksize=2048. I have Windows ME.

PROBLEM: Program microsoft picture it publishing 2001 is closing when I try to trim or cut phtographs. I can load phtographs and work with them, untill I want to trim or cut.

Common error messages indicate Kernal.dll and other .dll files will now close. When this occurs program PIP closes.

I have removed PIP program and reinstalled. No improvement.

I used System Monitor and found Kernal processor usage goes over 100% when this occurs.

Does anyony have a solution for this problem?

Thank you very much for any information submitted.
