Hello!

I had a user that was not able to print a powerpoint file to any of the color printers that they have properly (1st page is fine, the rest was backwards and upside down) but on black and white printers it's fine. Final solution was to uninstall Office and reinstall... however now I have a different user with the same problem...

I'm not sure where to point fingers except to PowerPoint.

Has anyone had this issue?

Yup. Two things with powerpoint I've found (no guarantees on anyone else) is that it is very sensitive to the length of the directory name, and that opening it in Libre or Openoffice and saving it as a .pptx again, then opening it with MS again solves about 90 percent of the issues.

Dunno why powerpoint is so picky, but whatever.

Is this a local file or a networked one?

The original person was on the network. I can only assume the second person (who is a remote person; only comes in once a week) is local
