My wife’s laptop keeps getting a message that she should call for support for a “Micsoft warning” How can I stop this? Our only way for getting back on the computer is to reboot. When you are forced to do this multiple times a day it gets old. I don’t know who to report this to, can anyone have thoughts on this?

Which security apps does your wife use in her laptop for detecting and removing any threats (spyware, malware, viruses, etc.) ?

Flavallee, All she has is Nortons. I'm going to download Malwarebytes on her laptop in hopes it will help.

Flavallee, I downloaded Malarebytes to her laptop and it seems to have rectified the problem. Thanks to the assistance.
