Installed new key & mouse.Everything worked fine for couple of weeks. then key & mouse started freezing up about once an hour. Checked sending unit and now 2 lights showing instead of one. Installed new unit and single light is on and working good for a week, then started freezing again and 2 lights on the sender.Changed the sending unit with new one and after a period of thime same problem. Stumped !

If you are using a standard mouse pad, fibers could be trapped uinderneath the mouse
where the optical sensor, rollers, or ball is. Not familiar with construct on those models.
The wireless signal is interfered with by nearby electronic devices with harmonics. The
sensitivity of receipt weakened by surroundings. Get some Duracells?

These are a few items to consider as possible causes when using any wireless device.

Using duracells,,keyboard also freezing so problem lies elsewere. Everything works good for 2-3 weeks with new unit then starts acting up. Have tried 2 brand new sets and 4 different sending units.

Some of these wireless units don't quite make the bread there. This has also been an
issue with other wireless remotes for sound cards along with other devices. A maybe a
batch issue rather than product model issue causing this. Some MS wireless keyboards
have received praise by some reporting here when they were asked about them.

"HARD WIRED" is what this ole boy is staying with. The MS Trackball Explorer worked
out here along with the MS Internet Pro keyboard.
