I have Microsoft Work 9, ver 8 and someone told me MW 9, ver 8 would not work with Windows 7 64-bit.

BTW: Would you know why I can only sign-in to this forum via Mozilla and cannot sign-in via IE 8?

Can anyone respond to my previous question?

    Which was:

I have Microsoft Works 9, ver 8, and someone told me MW 9, ver 8 would not work with Windows 7 64-bit.

    Does anyone know for sure?

    Why not just try it?
I can tell you that version 9.0 works.

What would happen if I do install it and it does not work? How can I tell if it does not work? Would I get some sort of a message, etc.?

I juist don't want to do something that might harm this new computer.

    Thank you.

It will almost certainly work, and it can't do any harm. Just uninstall it if something goes wrong.
