Somehow, somewhere along the way I have developed some problems and have no idea how to correct it. I can go into Microsoft Works Spreadsheet and it works just fine, just as everything else except Task Launcher. I can open it up, but anything in such as the letter catagory, tells e that it cannot perform the task that I am asking it to do. Some of the files may be missing or have been deleted and I need to reinstall. I have uninstalled, then reinstalled and just installed. Nothing seems to help it. I am sending a hijack report to see if the problem may be there. Thank youi! Nola

Can't help with the HJT log, but when you uninstall the program, make sure you go find it's installation folder and remove that too. Lots of companies (and m$ is no exception) leave the program folder on your machine, which usually contains most of the stuff needed to run it. Consequently, when you reinstall, it only replaces what is missing.....so not 'fixing' you problem.

You need one of the A.S.A.P. folks here to review your Hijack This Log. I know New.Net is some kind of Adware but I don't know if that has a direct nexus to your problem.

You need the advice of one of the Hijack This experts. I'm a system builder and I don't want to tell you something that is not correct.
