Does anyone know of a way to print Microstation plot files on a new USB printer, which Microstation 95 objects to ("unreasonable..."). There is software available to get a vector file from a raster image. I suppose without the suitable plotter driver, something that creates an image file from the vector plot file would work. I've tried all the plot drivers within Microstation, but I suppose an uptodate one is required.
The old HP1200C still sits beside the RX500 because of this...old and new....

I've just found Cimmetry’s AutoVue at $999 which would work........ I'd need a lottery win though! The demo version watermarks the prints......... Superb application...sigh.

The creators of Microstation, Bentley themselves, have provided the solution with "Bentley View"......the earlier version is a free download, and allows the plotting of their .dgn files on my Epson Photo RX500............. nice one....... works a treat.
